1. General Return Policy

PC Shore offers a 30-day return window for most products from the date of delivery. All returns, for any reason, must be authorized with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

2. How to Request an RMA

To initiate a return, please log in to your account or contact our customer support team. We will require:

  • The original order number
  • The part number(s) being returned
  • A detailed reason for the return

Once approved, you will receive an RMA number and return instructions. RMAs are valid for 10 business days from the date of issue.

3. Return Categories

Defective or DOA (Dead on Arrival) Products

If you receive a product that is defective or non-functional, please notify us within 10 business days of delivery. We will issue a pre-paid return shipping label. Upon receipt and verification of the defect, we will, at our discretion, either:

  • Replace the product with an identical, tested item.
  • Issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Unwanted, Non-Defective, or Incorrectly Ordered Products

  • Must be reported within the 30-day window.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • The product must be returned in its original, sealed, and resalable condition (including all original packaging, manuals, anti-static bags, etc.).
  • Non-defective returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% of the purchase price to cover inspection, testing, and re-certification.

4. Return Conditions

Products must be returned in the exact condition they were received. Products showing signs of customer-inflicted damage, improper use, or tampering (such as broken warranty seals) will not be accepted for return. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Due to their nature, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Software, licensing, and service contracts.
  • "Special Order" items are not typically held in our inventory.
  • Products marked as "Final Sale" or "As-Is."
