1. Our Commitment to Quality

PC Shore guarantees the performance of our products. We offer a comprehensive hardware warranty, providing you with confidence and operational security.

2. Refurbished Hardware Warranty

All PC Shore Certified Refurbished hardware comes with a standard 1-Year "Return to Base" (RTB) Warranty, unless otherwise specified on the product page.

What it Covers

This warranty covers hardware failure or defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

What it Does Not Cover

This warranty excludes software issues, operating system errors, data loss, user-inflicted damage, power surges, or failures resulting from unauthorized service or modification.

Process

If a refurbished item fails within its warranty period, please contact us to open a warranty claim and receive an RMA number. The customer is responsible for shipping the failed unit to our facility. We will test the unit and, at our discretion, repair it, replace it, or issue a credit.

3. New Hardware Warranty

All new, factory-sealed products are covered exclusively by the original manufacturer's warranty (OMW).

  • PC Shore is not the warrantor for new products.
  • We will assist you in contacting the manufacturer (e.g., HP, Dell, Intel, Cisco) to initiate a warranty claim.
  • The manufacturer sets the terms, duration, and conditions of the OMW, and these are the customer's sole remedy for new products.
