1. Order Processing & Fulfillment

PC Shore is committed to rapid deployment. Most in-stock orders placed before 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on a business day (Monday-Friday) will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time or on weekends/holidays will ship the next business day.

2. Shipping Carriers

We partner with leading carriers to ensure reliable delivery, including FedEx, UPS, and DHL. We also use LTL freight carriers for oversized items such as servers and data center racks.

3. Shipping Options (Domestic US)

We offer a range of domestic shipping options at checkout, including:

• Ground (3-7 business days)
• 2-Day Air
• Standard Overnight
• Priority Overnight

4. International Shipping

• Importer of Record: The recipient (customer) is the importer of record and is responsible for all import duties, local taxes (VAT/GST), and customs brokerage fees. These fees are not included in the shipping cost paid to PC Shore.
• Delivery Times: International transit times vary by destination and carrier.
• Compliance: We comply with all US export laws. We do not ship to countries under a US embargo.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your carrier tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment's progress.
